Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At Care Pure, your satisfaction and peace of mind are at the heart of everything we do. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return policy to ensure your experience remains smooth and stress-free.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all accessories, manuals, and tags are included, if applicable.

Please note: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products, gift cards, opened personal care items (such as skincare or hygiene products), and downloadable digital content — unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as needed.

To initiate a return, simply email our support team at support@carepure.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as your return is approved.

Returns requested after the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Care Pure is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
